Phew, another holiday mini event in the bag. With the help of my assistant Monica, we photographed 9 families in 4 hours. It is a lot of planning and a rush of editing afterward but so worth all the smiles. Looking at all these photos together I love how each family brought a different look and vibe to the same scene. I love the modern look of the simple decor but mainly it allows me to photograph you and the season of the life you are in rather than a lot of pretty decor around you.

Update: In 3 days I will be doing my Holiday Minis in a white studio with some gorgeous upgrades. It will have the same modern rustic feel but this year I’ll be adding rustic wood floors, an assortment of winter greenery, and rustic wood floors a velvet bench seat.
